We have a long tradition on inspection and quality control , Fordura Blades is committed to the continuous development of our products and solutions as well as our markets. We are also focused on developing quality systems within our company and integrating these into our business strategy.

We do this by informing our employees, encouraging them to be innovative and improving their work. To achieve high-quality products with high value, we have integrated quality systems throughout our business processes.
Fordura believes that quality is more than a requirement. It is a mindset. This is evident in both our work methods and the creation of high-quality products.
Quality Control
High quality is our guiding principle. It is constantly communicated to our employees so that they fully understand its importance and can implement and maintain a high standard of quality at every stage of production.
Fordura employees can demonstrate their ability to deliver consistent quality products and services to customers, as well as improving customer satisfaction, through the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system.

There are several stages to quality assurance during the production process. Namely:

Measuring the product allows for dimensional verification
Hardness measurement
We keep quality records and measurements protocols.
Qualified personnel use wide-ranging measuring instruments such as micrometers. Slide and height gauges. Calibers are used to determine and verify product quality.

All measuring instruments have been calibrated according to the standards and are in perfect order.
Packaging ensures safe transportation
Proper and product-friendly packaging ensures safe transport to customers around the world. Shipments are packaged based on dimension, weight, and specific customer requirements. Smaller shipments are packed in cardboard boxes while larger shipments are packed in appropriate wooden boxes, which can also be heat-treated. All packaging material made of wood and used in international traffic must meet the technical requirements.
Proper packaging and product-friendly packaging will ensure safe delivery to customers worldwide. Each shipment is packaged according to its dimensions, weight, and any customer specific requirements. We use wooden box for smaller shipments, while the larger ones are stored in suitable metal boxes. All packaging used for international traffic must comply with the technical requirements.
